The hotel staff were exceptional. Their service went above and beyond in assisting us with travel needs, accommodating us in the restaurant, and extra provisions needed in the room. Their service went room was a nice large size. Indoor pool was warm and felt so good at the end of the day. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Balcony off the room was enjoyable.

The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Vanessa and Paulos at the reception. They are super nice and made us feel right at home. They truly made our stay really nice with their warm smiles each time we say them. The room was super clean! Breakfast was Excellent with so many choices and very reasonable hours to just sit and enjoy it.

The hotel in general is great, big parking lot, good location (around 15 min away from the city by car), breakfast was nice, and the staff is lovely. The pool was nice but often full with people using the chairs. The Spa is ok, a hot water pool and a gym. I love the cats walking around, it really made my stay.

I closed the hotel without checking much about it... It turns out that I was very successful in my choice... Highly recommend the hotel... The location is very convenient for going out with a car... It's less convenient to walk around the area...

Good breakfast with lots of choice, decent amenities and nice pools. Front desk staff was very helpful. A/C in room was very good. It was nice to be able to use the pool towels for thermal baths around the island.

Room was nice size, clean, well appointed. Dinner was a bit expensive but very good. Waiter/bar staff were super nice and helped with our language barrier. We were easily able to communicate. Pool facilities looked nice - did not have time to use them.

Just excellent, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room is amazing, all new, with a huge bed, super clean, with a very nice balcony with views to the pool and the palm trees. A little paradise. There are cookies, tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and polite. Free parking and amazing breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere. Very good location just 15 min from Ponta Delgada and around 30 min to all the best places of the island. I couldn't have asked for more!
